Jordy’s father spent more than 40 years building many of Point Loma’s custom homes, her mother has been selling real estate in the area for over 30 years, and her brother serves as the family’s broker. Together, they operate a boutique brokerage built on local expertise, strong relationships, and personalized service.
In addition to real estate, Jordy is the owner and lead designer of JM Living Concepts, an interior decorating business specializing in creating beautiful, functional homes. She has managed and designed more than 40 properties throughout the area, including her own two vacation rentals in Ocean Beach, her family’s investment properties, and homes for both residential design and real estate clients. Her unique combination of real estate knowledge and interior design expertise allows her to be a true one-stop shop for all things home.
Whether preparing a property for market to maximize its value or helping buyers transform a new house into a home, Jordy’s design background gives her clients a distinct advantage. She offers furnishing, decorating, and styling services after the purchase, creating a seamless experience from contract to move-in. Jordy and her husband, also a Point Loma native, are raising their two young boys in the Point Loma Wooded Area. As a lifelong local, devoted wife and mother, and active member of the community, she is passionate about helping families plant roots, build generational wealth, and find a place to truly call home.
