Jorge was an awesome realtor for our first time home shopping experience. He took the time to learn what we were looking for in a home and didn't try to sell us on homes that were out of our scope or intrest.

The process was long for us and even when the market was slower he would still check in with us to let us know he was still looking for our home. With every home we viewed he dialed in on our vision until we finally found the home we were looking for.

He was always friendly and there for us when we had questions. When we did find our home he also let us know of local handymen and vendors that could help us with the home improvements we wanted to make.

Jorge's knowledge and expertise as realtor was something we leaned on and appreciated.

When we started our journey on purchasing a home we wanted to make sure we had the right tools and someone trustworthy to guide us. I’m so grateful and appreciative to have found Jorge. From day one he was very nice, respectful and informative. He made himself available whenever we needed him or had questions. Jorge assisted us with selling an older investment property and acquire a newer investment property.

He assess the older property while tenant occupied and provided strategies key points to work at benefit of tenant to get full reimbursement and additional fundings for keys to rental property. As keys where obtain from rental property. Jorge assisted with key points for the remodel of property that whithin a day of listening the property two offers where on the table and were able to accept offer within 2 days.

Jorge assisted us acquiring a new investment property while we were at final stage of escrow older property. Jorge assisted us after hours, birthday weekend and weekends to secure an investment property. We were able to secure funds from older property due to jorge working diligently to provide all information and access to buyer. Jorge was able to work with multiple agnecies in short period of time to secure the purchase of newer property.

Jorges Key points, assessment availability and strategies approach, we did not went broke nor had to sell additional properties to acquired a newer property in highly desirable neighborhood.

There are no words to thank jorge for his passion to make our objective achievevable on budget and executing in a timely manner.

Buying or selling a house can be scary and stressful. A lot of realtors will try to steer you in a direction that is best for them even if it’s not the best for you. Jorge listens to your needs and wants and gives good honest feedback. We bought our first house with him, sold our first house with him and bought our second house with him.
