Jorge has called Western North Carolina his home for more than 28 years. There are no strangers in his path, just new friends if they aren't already. At the age of 23, Jorge opened two successful restaurants and a bar, managing a diverse staff and mastering the art of customer service at an early age. When the time was right, he sold his businesses and stepped into the family business. Jorge credits his mother for introducing him to the industry. In addition to his mother, Jorge has two sisters, a brother, and two aunts in the business.
Jorge has an extensive resource network and specializes in selling single family homes, condominiums, luxury homes, investment properties, multi-family units and commercial properties. Jorge’s dedication, knowledge, and experience have made him one of the area’s top real estate agents. Within his first month with Exit Realty Vistas, Jorge was honored as the Top Listing Agent. He is a member of the Asheville Board of Realtors and the Haywood County Board of Realtors. Additionally, his accreditations include,auctioneering of Real Property,and working directly with buyers.
