Can't say enough good thing about Jorge Edeza. My fiance and I are first time homeowners with very little knowledge of the process going into it. Jorge was thorough and patient when we had questions and he was available whenever we needed him. The whole process of obtaining a loan to purchase our first home was very intimidating but Jorge took incredible care of us and we are now thrilled to be in our new home.

Let me start by saying how fortunate we were to have found Jorge Edeza when looking for a home as first time home buyers. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in a great neighborhood, very important having to raise our 5 month old daughter. Jorge patience and dedication is remarkable.

Me and my fiancé always remember what he had told us in the beginning of our search for a house, he quote “ I want you guys to find a house that you guys would be comfortable with even how long it takes, I will find you guys the right house for your family because at the end of the day I want you guys to be successful, that’s when we knew instantly that he is the guy for us especially as first time homebuyers, we have very little knowledge about the whole process of purchasing a home. He is very honest and go above and beyond. We can't speak highly enough about Jorge and I hope he continues to help more families and we get to work with him again to find our dream home in the near future.

If you are looking to buy a home and need a realtor, look no further. Jorge is who you need! He far exceeds what a realtor should be. He was everything we needed and more!

He is extremely responsive, a quality that is of upmost importance especially in today’s market. He often times responded late to our requests. He is extremely hard working, often working late to get everything done that was required. He worked diligently as we were getting close to closing, while he was on vacation. Not sure he truly got to enjoy it.

He radiates professionalism and humility. Jorge is definitely in the category of quality, you will be pleasantly surprised. Jorge stuck with us and got us into our home, for that we will be forever grateful. In today’s market he pulled a Hail Mary for us!

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Jorge Edeza. We have been looking to buy a home for years, met with plenty of agents, and done extensive research on our part in search of a home; however, we were unsuccessful. Once we met with Jorge, he understood exactly what we were looking for and instantly started to help us. We asked him to keep us in mind if he ever found our perfect home, and he did! Before the home was on the market he got us a viewing of the home and we instantly fell in love. Jorge quickly helped us get our offer on the table, explained the entire procedure throughout the buying experience, and was extremely helpful overall. He also assisted us with our loan and was in constant communication. Jorge truly went above and beyond for us, he helped us manage and make things work from all aspects, and was patient throughout.
