I can not think of a time that I could not reach him. melossovas: Jorge visited the property we wanted to list and called that evening and said he had a client in mind. He brought the client by the house twice, but they changed their mind. Within MINUTES, Jorge called with another client and that client put an offer on the table. And Jorge also had another client with whom we signed a backup offer. WOW. Jorge is very professional and efficient. He has a sense about the right person for a piece of property. I truly believe he cares for his clients. I would say that Jorge went above and beyond in selling our parents home.

dlk404: Our first house. We went around looking at many, many homes by ourselves, and then asked Jorge to show them to us. Jorge pointed out many quality things to look for in a home and neighborhood. He listened to us about exactly what we wanted in a neighborhood, neighbors etc. He would point out positive/negative points when I liked a particular home or when my wife Lacey liked a particular home. He did not side with either but pointed out the positive and negative of each. He negotiated with the bank concerning the asking price. He had choices of home inspectors etc and guided us through the whole buying, negotiating process. We bought a new home with Jorge's help and expertise. We had contacted many different real estate agents and decided on Jorge because of his expertise, honestly, opinions and his quick response to our requests and questions. Our lender recommended Jorge for our home search in 2013. Things ended up moving faster than we originally anticipated and the first day we met Jorge, the home we'd been wanting for about a year came back onto the market.
