Jose became a real estate licensee in 2006 and has been successful in helping buyers, sellers and investors get the best return on their investments since. With over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has acquired an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, and Merced counties. He specializes in single family, multiunit, lots, land, commercial, ag properties and mobile homes. Working in retail for a few years while in college ignited his passion for customer service. After graduating from San Jose State University, he landed a job at Wells Fargo Bank as a customer service representative, where he learned more of the financial world and real estate. It was during his years in the banking industry that he found himself answering questions from clients that should have been answered by their agents. He realized many people needed someone to guide them through the process and take their stress away, and that's when he decided to become a realtor. Being bilingual/bicultural, English and Spanish, gives him the opportunity to meet and help people from different backgrounds with specific needs. When he's not out in the field helping clients, he likes to spend time with his wife Marilu and their three beautiful daughters, Genesis, Paulina and Victoria.
