How do you thank someone for helping you fulfill a life long dream? And in one of the craziest markets in ten years? Thanks to Jose sticking it through it with me and my mother we were able to purchase a wonderful home. He has answers for all of my questions, helped me find great people to help with other aspects of buying— truly without him and our loan officer none of this would be possible. Jose is absolutely the best agent we could’ve asked for. Through his extensive network, within 1 week of listing our house we had a line down the block for our initial open house. After the first open house we received over 10 offers the first day!! After accepting an offer over $70k of our asking price we did run into som challenges. Jose kept us positive, answered every phone call (there were plenty of calls) and always had an answer or got one in a timely fashion. Jose has now become family as opposed to our agent. If you are selling or looking to purchase and want a responsive agent you can trust Jose is your guy. My family and I are truly lucky to have Jose in our corner.

Jose Padro is the absolute best real estate agent in the business. In a market where it is nearly impossible to find and buy the perfect house, Jose was able to get it done within only 2-3 months of searching. Jose was extremely helpful and responsive through out the whole process and even when he got sick with COVID-19 he was still able to communicate over the phone to set up appointments for us and continue our search. He is so dedicated to making his clients happy and finding exactly what they are looking for. Jose is a must use if you’re looking to buy a house!!

Jose is amazing! He listened to what we wanted and supported us through the whole process. He made the experience wonderful by really being patient and showing us tons of properties. He never lost confidence, even with the tough market conditions. He did exactly what he said he would do. He never gave up and got us what we wanted! I honestly do not know where to begin to express my gratitude toward Jose. I was looking for a home for over a year, and three real estate agents later, Jose found me my home on his first try! He listened to everything that I was looking for and took me to the perfect home. It was love at first sight! Jose was very responsive to all of my phone calls, text messages and emails throughout the whole process (which were a lot!). He was not only my real estate agent but also my advisor, mediator...you name it, and he was that person!
