Being first time home buyers, at the beginning it felt overwhelming as everything was brand new information. Once we contacted Jose, and he showed us step by step and the how, to get to that first home, it was a real good experience. Of course we had thousands of questions, but no matter how big the question was, Jose really explained to the detail, for us to get a clear picture. He spent his entire day driving us around the different parts of Orlando, for us to see what we were really looking for. Even days before our move, he was going above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Jose is the kind of realtor that would make your experience in buying a home Fun, and a lot less stressful. Definitely recommended for you, your family and friends.

After an initial phone call, Jose Vega quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition. He came to the meeting with Roberto Amengual and Monica Puche to discuss the offer price and Roberto had done his homework. With a few quirks to our home, they had the data and comps to back up his decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. Jose , Roberto and Monica has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details, they went above and beyond to take care of every detail and complete the selling process on a quick and smooth way.
I will definitely recommend family and friends to do business with them and if given the opportunity I will to, thanks for the hard work and great communication.

As a first time home buyer, I was equally excited and nervous about the process but he was there to provide guidance and answer even the simplest of questions at every single stage, from pre-approval to closing. Apart from his obvious knowledge and years experience in the real estate industry, what makes José a great realtor is his responsiveness, accessibility and stellar communication. His turnaround time to schedule showings, submit offers and do any follow up is unmatched. Jose’s attention to detail when touring homes, whether in person or via video call was outstanding, even going the extra mile to point out needed repairs and the estimated costs so that those could be factored into my purchase decision. I never doubted that he had my best interests at heart and that he was intent on finding the home that would be the best fit for me.

All those scary stories about out-of-state real estate investment were making me hesitant to make my first purchase. I have done my homework, and came across many interesting opportunities, but passed on all of those simply because I did not feel connected to any of the real estate professionals I was in touch with. While I doubted neither the skillsets nor trustworthiness of any of them, I did not feel “safe” until I met Jose. It sounds like cliché, but Jose indeed stepped into my shoes and went above and beyond locating properties that hit all marks: my risk tolerance, price range, occupancy expectations, and property tax implications. But all those quantifiable characteristics aside, Jose just such a pleasant person to work with! And considering that all his promises have “materialized”, I feel extremely fortunate meeting him, and looking forward toward many years of mutually beneficial collaboration to come.
