Joe completely understands the thrill of deal making, the importance of a solid advocate in your corner and the psychology of the negotiating process - he also understands that the client is the most important part of any transaction and absolutely deserves the utmost respect, expertise, and representation. For these reasons, Joe has decided to enter the last phase of his career in the Real Estate industry.
For the past 29 years, Joe immersed himself in the financial markets in one form or another. In his early years at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Joe managed investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals as a Registered Representative and later became a General Securities Principal who was responsible for hundreds of registered representatives under his supervision. In his tenure, Joe also participated as lead underwriter or syndicate member, in initial public equity offerings on the NASDAQ and American stock exchanges through a firm he founded and operated as President.
In approximately 2001, Joe entered the mortgage industry and was personally involved in the closing of hundreds of millions of dollars in home loans as an originator, broker and then as a Branch Manager with Berkshire Financial Group where he managed three offices. 'The more difficult the transaction, the more satisfying the success.'
