Joe worked with my wife and I for 2 years to find a very specific property for us both to retire and enjoy the Southern California lifestyle. The home we were looking for I thought many times just did not exist, and at one point considered building. Joe continued to send us multiple listings of properties over the 2 year period, and through his patience, dedication and hard work sent us a property listing, letting us know that this one checks all the boxes. The process began, viewing the property, submitting the offer, navigating and strategy to be successful on a multiple offer property, and then ultimately closing on our dream home.

Joseph Bazzi was very professional, personable, and accomodating. We purchased our house right at the start of Covid which complicated the home viewing and buying process but Mr. Bazzi was so patient and helpful and guided us through everything with skill and expertise. Even after the sale, he continues to reach out periodically to check in on us and ensure we are still happy and doing well. He really goes above and beyond and we now consider him a friend.

Joseph was such an amazing help to my husband and I. We were first time home buyers and honestly didn't have a clue what we were doing. He gave us guidance that didn't feel like a sales pitch and helped us connect to more resources we didn't know existed. Thanks to his networking and connections, we were able to close on a place after getting outbid multiple times. During 2020, when we felt hopeless, he helped us keep on trucking. Even though it was hard, he was able to meet all our requirements that we had set for a place we wanted. He's kept in contact more than 3 years later and I feel very lucky that he was my realtor. Joseph is everything you'd want in a realtor when you are buying a home. I was an out-of-state buyer trying to purchase a condo in San Diego area. I was initially hesitant as I did not know the area well enough and was worried about the CA-real estate market. Right from the get go, Joseph was a consummate professional who helped me cut to the chase and helped me navigate the market with great efficiency, knowledge, and responsiveness. He was always available to go out to properties, take photographs, do video calls to the extent that I forgot that I was not physically in San Diego area.
Joseph is meticulous, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant - a fantastic agent to work with. I know my process went so much smoother because early on in the process he earned my trust and exemplified that trust throughout the process. In Joseph, we not only found a par excellent realtor, but also gained a fantastic friend!!

Joseph was an excellent realtor for purchasing a home here in San Diego. He truely cares about your needs and wants in a home and will even take pictures and videos of properties if unable to come to open house. Once we pulled the trigger on put a house in escrow the paperwork was quickly processed and all questions were answered same day usually within 30 minutes if not sooner. Joseph has great connections for home inspections and made the home buying process seamless and almost enjoyable if not for some unknowns from seller. Joseph even offered to help move from my old home to the newly purchased home. Thanks Joseph for everything!

Fantastic realtor. Patient. Does not judge and is not pushy. He truly was after our best interest. He stayed with us for months searching for the right home. When something was wrong, he would point it out and give his opinion. He’s not out to make a quick buck. He’s out to make sure you are happy with your purchase in every way. Very professional.
