Born and raised in Decatur, and after spending 25 years in Atlanta, Joseph established a luxury vacation rental company in Key West, Florida, acting as both owner and Property Manager. Joseph sold his rental company to transition towards the sales side of real estate and for the next 6.5 years specialized in residential and commercial sales in Key West & the Lower Keys. He still maintains his Key West business but moved back to Atlanta in 2021, to the city he truly considers home. Joseph partnered with Mindy Carty and together they formed The Carty Team.
