I met Joe earlier this year through a friend as I was beginning a search for a condominium residence in Naples. I described what I was seeking and asked him to be on the lookout on my behalf. He presented me with a brand new listing on a Thursday in February, walked the property and took me on a virtual video tour via facetime on that same day. He presented my offer on Friday and we won the bid on Saturday. Joe then walked me through the HOA requirements, answered all of my questions along the way and made certain I was ready for the close in early March. All while I remained at work in Ohio. I found Joe to be a pleasure to work with, professional, detailed and pro-active. I'd recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate in Naples or the surrounding area.

We researched Florida real estate for many years and finally decided to take the plunge into this wild market. Luckily we found Joe Garafolo and Alicia Robyn. Both of them are knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We gave them our wish list and they really respected our wishes. The home we intimately purchased was exactly what we wanted. Joe was amazingly flexible and helpful in securing an inspector, and sending a videotape of the entire process for us as we are 1500 miles away. He also found us a competitive home insurance company to work with. He led us through the process of home buying in this competitive market with patience and fantastic service. Joe carefully listened to what we were looking for and filtered available technology to create lists of properties we might be interested in considering. He also listened to another need we had which was to find something within 4-5 days. After our introductory meeting, we were in constant touch via phone, text or email. Joe worked seamlessly to arrange the visits we choose, adjusting his schedule to accommodate our needs. After reviewing numerous properties, an offer was made and accepted and we returned home, 1,500 miles away. Joe was out agent for both the buying of a new house and selling of our old. He was professional, detail oriented, and pleasant to work with. He constantly went out of his was to make it easy for our purchase and sale. He never complained when we kept wanting to see more houses! When he listed out house, he came and put some nice touches to help it sell. And it sold after only about 3-4 showings. We were very pleased and will use him again should we decide to move again.

We met Joe while perusing the website for a possible retirement home in Florida. We were anxious to see what retirement might look like so entertained the idea of a "part-time" home in the meantime. From the moment we had contact with Joe, until the moment that our closing papers were signed, sealed and delivered, he was the most professional, caring and knowledgeable person we've known! Since then, he has periodically checked on us to see how we're doing and how we like the Naples area. Currently our full-time home is in Indiana, so needless to say we had a "marathon" day the first day of showings.
