Prior to real estate, Joe was a multi-award winning pharmaceutical/ biotech salesman and a communications consultant. He was born in New York City, grew up in Ardsley, N.Y. and graduated with a B.S. degree from Cornell University. He purchased his first Hampton home more than 20 years ago and has been a charitable contributor to over sixty organizations, including the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers/ Big Sisters. Joe has also been a frequent guest of the show "Realife" on WPPB (Peconic Public Broadcasting) 88.3FM, discussing a number of real estate topics and their effect throughout various local markets. Additional interests include basketball, swimming, writing, and spending time in the Hamptons with family and friends.
