Joseph obtained his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in August of 2011. This is the highest level of Residential real estate designation a Realtor can obtain.

In the spring of 2010, he obtained the nationally recognized SFR Certification (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource). The National Association of REALTORS® offers the SFR certification to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows.
