Working with Joseph was an absolute pleasure. He provided an efficient, seamless transaction from beginning to end. From the moment we met for my initial consultation, till the last of the ink dried on the closing paperwork, he was there, reassuring me he would get the job done. He kept me up to date with all details concerning the sale of my home, he checked in periodically to see how my preparation process was going and even stopped pass the house to check on the things I needed input on, to make sure the home was perfectly prepared ahead of the sale. When I say he’s phenomenal, he is. I am looking forward to working with him on some future new property purchases and sales. I had been trying to find a home in Maryland since March. I had spoken to numerous realtors who promised to set me up with a listing site to search for homes and daily listings in my price range. Joseph is the only realtor who actually followed through with his promises. Because he did I was able to find a house, in my price range, as soon as it came on to the market. Because of Joseph I now have a home I am in love with. He is a great realtor, very responsive and quick to find solutions to problems that pop up while going through the purchasing process. Buying a house is incredibly stressful, Joseph made it easier to get through. If you are looking to purchase a home in Maryland I highly recommend giving Joseph a call.

As a first time homebuyer, now owner, I heavily relied on Joseph as my realtor for almost everything. I was not knowledgeable about the process, but he was patient and took his time to walk us through every step. Joseph was very attentive to my desires and knowing what I was looking for in a home.
