About Joseph

I am an experienced property developer and have been involved in custom home design, construction, renovations, sales and rentals (both vacation and longer term). I am familiar with the permit process and TRPA here in El Dorado County and will gladly help you navigate the process should you wish to buy a building lot or refurbish an existing building. The Lake Tahoe area is truly a fabulous place to live permanently or to own a vacation property. I first vacationed here in1994 and later returned to live here permanently with my family. The school system here is terrific and well funded, and everyone knows about the active lifestyle possibilities. Summer with endless sunny days and cold clear waters of the lake, and winter with a multitude of world class ski resorts. While property prices have been increasing significantly, there are still budget friendly prices on the South Shore, and of course many luxury mountain homes to choose from. Commercial real estate and multi family homes are also available and prices compare very favorably with other blue chip locations. Importantly the availability of building land around the lake is very finite and development controlled by the TRPA. The area is very close to it's built-out potential and this alone makes it a tremendous location to own property. The saying goes Location, Location, Location. As a mountain resort destination, Lake Tahoe is the most beautiful and South Lake Tahoe is a terrific town packed with entertainment.
