I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe with the Bay Area Group to purchase my first home. Joe possesses extraordinary knowledge, dedication, and expertise. He worked with me diligently from pre-approval to closing. He provided extremely useful information on market data analysis increasing my knowledge of the current incredibly competitive ultra-tight market. Joe is personable, patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He responded promptly to all communications, scheduled showings within a few minutes of my request; worked around my schedule no matter the time/hour of the day or availability durations; answered all 150 questions I had asked (probably twice), and negotiated on my behalf. Joe completed my offer the same day of the home viewing to submit it as soon as possible. Joe takes dedication and hard work to a whole new level.The amount of attention and care he provided made my buying experience substantially less stressful. Joe found the perfect little house for me that comprises all that I desired in a starter home. After closing, Joe followed up with me to answer any questions that I may have still had. I can say many wonderful things about this Re/Max Company but one thing that matters the most is Joseph Laumann. Joe goes above and beyond to help you, for months he worked closely with My husband and I to find the perfect fit for our first family home. He finally found us the perfect house that fit all our family needs! He could imagine our family in the house, made sure we understood everything, and was there every step of the way. Joe really knows his stuff, I will absolutely give him a call next time we are in the market, if we even move this house is amazing!
