It has been an absolute pleasure working with Joe. Even though we were not positive on exactly what we wanted and what town we wanted to live in Joe took the time to show us many different types of homes and locations to help us narrow down our search. He was extremely patient with us and took his time, not making us feel rushed into anything. Joe stood by us every step of the way even beyond the closing. Joe was more than ready to answer any of our questions and he was very flexible with our schedule. Joe even continues to work with us after our closing with recommendations of contractors to work with and any general question we have about owning and maintaining a home. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone seeking a home. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that proved to be invaluable to us in searching for our home.
