Joseph Parker

Jody Parker is a lifelong resident of South Carolina’s Midlands and a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina. He began his career in public service as a State Trooper, proudly serving the citizens of South Carolina, before transitioning into the private sector as an investigator. Jody holds a deep respect for the military and first responders, values shaped by both his professional and personal experiences.

With a passion for real estate, Jody is committed to guiding his clients through every step of the buying and selling process, always acting as a trusted advocate and advisor.

An avid outdoorsman, Jody enjoys a wide range of fitness activities—from CrossFit to triathlons. He regularly competes in local races and has completed both a half and full-distance IRONMAN triathlon.

Jody and his wife, Heather, share a deep connection to the University of South Carolina, where both he and their son earned their degrees. They live in the Midlands with their yellow lab, Murphy.
