Joe ‘s position as an Associate Broker for Windermere Homes and Estates and The Post Group Real Estate is the continuation of a career path that began in the building industry, as a laborer, working up to assistant superintendent. Joe then earned his license to sell/finance real estate, working in retail lending, and as a wholesale mortgage account executive. In 1997 Joe decided to focus exclusively on home sales with Prudential California Real Estate, where he joined The Hadley Home Team, a consistent top 1% nationwide team in units sold. Joe was recruited by Real Living Real Estate and then Carrington Real Estate Services. In January of 2018, Carrington was acquired by Windermere Homes and Estate. Joe is excited and energized to join this dynamic real estate company.
In 1994, Joe moved his family to North San Diego County, my main area of focus. As a native of America’s Finest City, however, Joe has a wide knowledge of all of San Diego. This, along with his construction and finance experience, gives Joe a unique skill set most realtors don't enjoy. Joe can speak knowledgeably with home inspectors as well as buyers qualifying for loans.
2017 was the most challenging yet rewarding year of my life. Joe took time off to care for my ailing father, Harry, in his home, managing Harry’s care until his passing in the Fall. Though difficult, this brought with it a fresh perspective; Joe is thankful for the precious time he was able to have with Harry.
Having been a member of a successful sales team, Joe decided to form his own in 2017.
