Joseph is an experienced professional in executive management and business development with over a decade of hands-on experience, which even includes such aspects as team building, supervision, presentations, sales, marketing, advertising campaigns, and much more. Over the years in management, Joseph has acquired the experience and skills needed to assist clients in positive development, and he absolutely loves working in those environments with great professional teams. In addition to these skills and experience, Joseph owned his own business development and marketing company that used entertainment hosting and events to help establishments build a stronger customer base and convert new customers into loyal regulars. This has been an amazing asset in assisting people and organizations he has worked with to achieve their goals and to keep acquiring positive growth, whether it’s the development of the company or of its individuals.
Joseph is a Salinas native and graduate of Palma High School. After 21 years in Salinas, Joseph moved to Southern California and became well-adapted to its environment for five years before returning to the Central Coast to enhance his business endeavors. Joseph is also a traveler who enjoys learning more about different neighborhoods and local cultures, which led him to acquire great understanding of many areas throughout all of California; North, Central, and South. His well-rounded exposure led him to have an excellent understanding of the entire Central Coast and its neighborhoods.
Joseph has a passion for the industry of real estate and him seeing the vision of using his vast experience to help people who are first-time home buyers, people in need of selling a property, investors who look to get their first investment property or grow their existing portfolio, whomever it may be. Joseph knew it was time to transition to real estate and partner with Steinbeck Real Estate and assist as many people as he can with the upmost sincerity, honesty, realistic input, and integrity to provide the service that benefits all involved.
