Joe Worrells is a gift. A rare professional who knows his craft and more importantly cares about people.
Joe has served as the realtor for my transactions twice and both times he gave new meaning to the saying "my brother's keeper."

The first transaction he did not know me from "Adam" and the care he displayed was as of I was his sister. He searched and guided and educated and informed and honored and stood by and more. He earned my lifelong business, gratitude and friendship.

The second time he gave equally of himself and lent his relationships to make the transaction effortless and seemless. I relocated out of state and Joe carried the ball over the finish line with finesse. Oh by the way, my home was listed for only 2 days - during a market that was softening due to rising interest rates. I received multiple offers, the evidence is undeniable of his professional prowess.

Would I recommend him? I'd sing his praises from the rooftop. Joe Worrells is the man - Watch out: He is cool personified- see what he does next...!

I don’t know where to start about the amazing experience we had with Joe. From the beginning he was knowledgeable, realistic and persistent. I came to find that you need your realtor to have these qualities. He always had our families best interest, and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted/needed. His patience and energy is unmatched. We had so many questions being first time buyers, he went above and beyond to get our questions answered. When things got tough with our lender and builder, he was right there to reassure us and was our biggest advocate. (He means business when it comes to his clients). If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Go with Joe if want to enjoy what could be the most stressful buy of your life you will have no regrets!! Thank you Joe, THANK YOU!!

I have sold 2 houses with Joe. He knows what he is doing. Great personality, and responds quickly. After working with Joe with my first house, I wanted to work with him again, when I decided to sell the second house. I contacted him directly, and he responded almost immediately.
When purchasing a house, he showed me only houses that fit my criteria, and budget. And he wants whats best for you.

I'm the type of person who thoroughly reviews people/services before using them, but we stumbled upon Joe and have never looked back! We have used him as our realtor for multiple home sales and purchases and have been blown away every time! I can promise you that you will be so glad you chose him!

Let me start off by telling you about Joe as a realtor. Joe is one of the most hard-working, determined and knowledgeable realtors I have ever met. Joe treats his clients like family and will stop at nothing to get you the best outcome that he can. Joe sold a house for us that we were concerned would not sell, and even sold it at a profit for us! Joe helped us buy our first home when we were nervous and overwhelmed and new to the home buying process, and he explained every little step along the way and made the process fun and exciting! Joe also helped us buy our dream home when we decided to sell a few years later to move closer to our jobs. You can rest assured that you will be taken care of and get the best outcome in your home purchase or sale with Joe on your team! We have worked with other realtors and none could even come close to offering the level of service that Joe does.

Let me tell you a little bit about working with Joe as a person. Joe is kind, hilarious, and fun to work with! However, Joe made such a powerful, professional impression on us during that first meeting that a couple of years later, when we did decide to sell, we called Joe again. Joe was amazing to work with. He not only helped us sell our current home, but purchase a new home. The inventory for homes was very low and he was always one step ahead and would find homes for us to look at despite the inventory. Covid also made the process much more difficult but Joe was always on top of the precautions and made us feel safe looking at houses and also people coming into our home. The end result was a home that was exactly what we were looking for. Joe is passionate about his work and it shows through his dedication in making sure we found exactly what we were looking for!

I would highly recommend Joe Worrells to anyone. He is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. Everytime we went to view a property Joe walked me through the house pointing out his concerns and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, and appliances.
