Josephine is an expert realtor. Look no further. She has a ton of experience and knowledge about all the areas she operates in, in SoCal. She is incredibly kind and caring and you can tell she genuinely wants to help you attain your goal. I really appreciated that she was direct and professional when it came to negotiations and speaking with other realtors, I felt like I was being represented in the best way possible.

Josephine helped my family when looking for a new home, and all of the selected properties were relevant to what we were looking for and in the right budget ranges so there was no wasted time. She also was intimately familiar with the area and the market at the time and knew we would need to offer over asking price because houses were going like hotcakes. She recommended we also write a letter to the owner about who we were and why we loved their property, and it worked! Our offer was accepted in a VERY overheated sellers market.

Long story short, you won't find another realtor better than Josephine in my opinion, she goes above and beyond and I will be using her every time I need these kinds of services.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt the need because my experience with Josephine was so exceptional. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the current market, and that gave me a huge advantage as a buyer. I was buying my 1st home, and she was so patient and responsive to my many questions. She anticipated potential issues, and was so honest and professional in her approach. Buying a home is such a large purchase, and it was important to me that I felt comfortable.

She was so resourceful, tenacious, and has tons of connections in the industry (eg. lenders, appraisers, contractors, etc.) which helped me during and after the sale as well. The seller of my home had multiple offers, but she helped me to decide the amount for my offer, and she somehow helped to get my offer accepted after some negotiation, and under the asking price! My home has already appreciated in value, and I can’t say thank you enough. To say I highly recommend Josephine is an understament. If you need to buy or sell a home, I would definitely give her a call!
