Folks you want to list and purchase properties with Josephine! And here's why. She arrived for our appointment on time and prepared. She LISTENED to us before offering her opinions and advice, presented us with printed copies of her listings for the previous 12 months, the asking prices, the selling prices of comparables and # of days each property was on the market. She was available 7 days a week for showibgs, returnig calls and calling us after each showing to let us know how things went. We are so happy we listed with her and bought our new home with her as our agent.
