Josephine Taylor

Licensed with the Department of Real Estate BRE 00866142 since 1984, Josie Taylor has helped consumers purchase and finance their homes for more than 30 years. In 1992 she opened Heritage Mtg Inc. providing home loan financing for consumers. Through her efforts the company has been able to provide FHA, VA, Calvet, Conventional, Calhfa, as well as many other loan options. She dedicates her knowledge and expertise in volunteering in her industry to educate the public and her peers to instill ethics and values to the Real Estate and Mortgage industry.

I have spent years and countless hours preserving home ownership through workshops and counseling at the request of through the efforts of Governor Schwarzenegger, California Association of Mortgage Brokers, Senator Dutton, Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez. I have participated in 4 telethons and 5 Foreclosure prevention events in which we provided counseling and direction to distressed homeowners.
