Josh provided strong support and guidance throughout the process of selling my Philadelphia home. The support I received from Josh took a lot of the stress out of the sales process. Despite the soft real estate market in Philadelphia I received a strong offer on my home less than a month after listing. It was a pleasure working with Josh.

This is the third time working with Josh. All experiences have been very positive. Josh has a larger team now than the first time we worked with him about 7 or 8 years ago but the professionalism and responsiveness are still extremely good. Josh and his team know the market, know how to post, photograph, advertise, etc a listing to the best advantage. Would definitely recommend working with him.

Working with Josh and his team was such a wonderful experience! His suggested listing price was well thought out and reasonable and he had a buyer for the full price within a week! There were some small snafus with the Title company, but Josh stayed calm and supportive and got the settlement closed on time. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Josh Allen and his entire team are amazing to work with when you are selling (and buying) your home. I purchased the home back in 2004 from Josh Allen and he was wonderful to work with as he is 17 years later when I sold it. Josh is very focused and understands what it takes to sell the property so it's seamless and very little heavy lifting as a seller. Thank you Josh and Team for making it so easy! I highly recommend Josh and there's no other team I'd use to buy or sell in the Philadelphia metro area!

After doing some research and interviewing a few brokers, we decided to hire Josh Allen to sell our Philadelphia row house. He sold the property as soon as it was listed and, more importantly, he was responsive and helped us with necessary tasks every step of the way. This was particularly important because our primary home was out of state. He has the right demeanor for the job and was a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

My husband and I got in touch with Josh (who was recommended to us by friends that had bought a house with him the previous year) after our first realtors didn't work out. From the start Josh was attentive and patient with us. As first time home buyers during a horrible buyer's market we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance, all of which he provided and then some. We ended up finding a house we loved and the main reason the seller's chose our offer was because they had heard of Josh and knew he was a reliable realtor to work with. I will definitely be recommending Josh to anyone I know that is searching or selling!

Josh Allen and his team made our home buying experience seamless. Within a week of expressing our interest in buying, we were out touring homes. Josh offered guidance when needed or when asked, and took an interest to understand our personal needs and opinions.
