Josh Dionne

Josh Dionne, Managing Director Prior to joining Ellman Realty Advisors, Josh Dionne was a Senior Vice President of CRESA Partners, responsible for developing new business.

He was a founding partner of The ATLAS Organization, which exclusively represented Tenants. Within this platform Josh successfully negotiated on behalf of many traditional office and new media tenants.

In addition to leasing office space, Josh has a very strong background in representing Landlords and retailers. Through his understanding of the market, he assisted in bringing the first new high-end retailer to Upper Fifth Avenue since Cartier opened its store approximately 30 years ago.

He understands the Real Estate process, strategic planning and how to implement and follow through on a course of action.
