Josh's academic journey led him to Middle Tennessee State University, where he pursued a B.S. in the Recording Industry. Following his graduation in 2003, he ventured into the music industry, delving into artist management alongside a roster of exceptional talents. However, his innate passion for fostering connections with people and homes ultimately steered him toward a career in Real Estate. Having traversed the terrain of homeownership with four transactions within eight years, Josh recognized his calling and made the leap into real estate as a profession.
