Josh both sold our house and helped us find our current home, and he was great to work with for those transactions. Josh was extremely patient, very responsive, and proactive when it came to keeping a forward momentum with both the sale and purchase. My wife and I felt Josh genuinely cared about our family and that he did what he could to make a typically stressful time, a little less difficult. Great guy. Was always there when we needed him. Took us about 8 months to find a home during Covid and this crazy economy but the wait was well worth it whenever we found our dream first home. I could call him late at night about a house that just got posted and he’d have a time set up for us to see the home the next day. Would highly recommend him to anybody trying to find a home.

Josh was great to work with to sell my house. Their were so many showings immediately, he worked with renters living there, which is not always easy. The pictures and video were fantastic, the posting and signs went up right away and he even had an open house scheduled. He made everything seemless, even through the closing and paperwork.
