About Josh

Josh began his career in Real Estate in Nashville. His primary work has been with buyers, both individuals and representation for cash investors, and his strengths include contract negotiation and handling a growing, active portfolio of business.

Since joining The Ashton Real Estate Group, Josh has become quite knowledgeable in many areas of the real estate world and most recently has focused his attention on the very desirable downtown condo market as well as homes in the growing areas of Nashville as well as Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson, & Sumner counties.

Josh attended undergraduate college at Belmont University in Nashville where he played basketball and earned a bachelor's degree in liberal studies. Josh earned his master's degree from TNU in Nashville and then his Ed.S in leadership from Arkansas State. He is a Nashville native and has lived there for 30 years. He and his wife reside in Williamson County with their 5 year old son. Having both played in college and coached at the high school level, he and his wife enjoy basketball, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
