Josh Lail

I was introduced to the Real Estate as a child by my Grandfather. After earning a degree in Business Administration and Marketing at UNC Chapel Hill and Gardner Webb University, I returned home to the Hickory, NC area and pursued my passion in Real Estate. I began my real estate career in 2001. Since then I have brokered hundreds of deals including all types of real property. I also enjoy serving my community through: coaching youth sports, 8 years on the Alexander County Board of Education, as an Alexander County Commissioner, and being active at my church. I have been a Multi Million Dollar Producer for 16 consecutive years and received the RE/MAX Directors Award for 2015 and 2016. I can also give professional advice on property condition as a NC Licensed General Contractor.
