Josh Markham

Josh Markham, Realtor® has been a team member at Wiechens Realty, Inc. since June of 2021 and is the Property Manager for Wiechens Realty. He has over 5 years of professional business experience and has been a Real Estate Sales Associate since 2021. Currently, Josh manages over 80 different commercial properties in the Marion County area, spanning over 150 acres of property under management. These commercial properties are comprised more than 450 units with over 1,200,000 square feet of leasable industrial, leisure, retail, healthcare, and office spaces. Josh has obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA where he competed on the ODU Wrestling Team, a NCAA Division 1 Wrestling Program. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors® and The Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors®.
