Prior to entering Real Estate, Josh was employed as Director of Operations in New York City with a tech company and then later in Tampa in the event industry. Living and working in Manhattan he enjoyed his time running a business in a challenging environment. His experience with contract negotiations within the business industry has translated well to Real Estate. Based primarily in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, Josh's Real Estate career started in new homes sales with a local builder.
