Joshua hails from New Hampshire and has quite a background for a young man of 33. Fresh out of high school and just before 9/11, Josh joined the Marine Corps. He wanted to serve his country and follow in his grandfather's footsteps, which he did with honor. Josh served 2 deployments to Iraq and 1 to Afghanistan and retired as a decorated veteran in 2008. Upon his return to the states, Josh went to college at the University of Phoenix-San Diego campus to earn his Masters Degree in Business Administration while also working for Northrop Grumman's Aerospace Programs. For the next 10+ years, Josh worked in the manufacturing industry and was very successful in the aerospace, oil & natural gas industry & custom yacht products industries. On November 27, 2010, Josh married Stephanie McNair, a Gold Beach, Oregon native. Josh & Steph lived where Josh's jobs were located until June, 2016, when they relocated to Gold Beach. Stephanie's family own and operate Jerry's Rogue Jets in Gold Beach & Cougar Lane Lodge in Agness, so the Stouts moved here to be nearer to Stephanie's family. Josh's favorite things about Gold Beach are the easy access to river, ocean, golf, outdoor lifestyle and being close to local family and friends. Josh enjoys golf, hunting, fishing & travel as well as volunteering for the Gold Beach Fire Department, Search & Rescue, Reach Out Worldwide and Military charitable events. Josh is very knowledgeable about the VA loan process having been through it himself. He is very outgoing and enjoys meeting new people plus has an incredible high energy work ethic. This wounded warrior served his country with valor and honor and he is now here to serve clients with all of their real estate needs.............
