I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh as my realtor, and let me tell you, this guy is hilarious! As someone who has bought and sold a ton of homes over the years, I can honestly say that Josh is one of the most entertaining realtors I've ever met.

But don't let his sense of humor fool you - Josh is a true professional. His dedication to finding me the perfect home was evident from the moment we started working together. He was always on top of things, and his attention to detail was impressive. He helped me negotiate a great deal on my new home, and he even managed to get some of my closing costs covered, which was a huge relief.

Josh is more than a realtor agent he will become a dear friend! He really looks out for his clients, making sure you obtain the best deal and sharing with you his wise opinion. Josh has such a personable style. You don’t feel like your talking with a used care salesman, he’s very honest with his opinions and really knowledgeable in the nuances of real estate with exposing the finer details to us of the process. He never seems disappointed as we filtered out our search and took a hiatus in our search, then was an absolute bull dog when we were ready to pull trigger on a property and helped so much to ensure we were getting looked after. After sales support has also been huge with recommending vendors to us and assisting our family with his air bnb’s when they have come to stay. We thought this was going to be an annoying process but finding Josh made it a breeze!

I called Josh based on a recommendation and when he picked up and we chatted about what I needed, I knew he was the agent I wanted to work with. He immediately grasped what I needed and my constraints, both financial and in terms of timeline. We saw a lot of houses very quickly and narrowed it down to the one I wanted. Josh's communication with the selling agent, strategy on the offer price, and concessions that were needed are the reason that my offer was accepted. When it came time for inspection, I could see how Josh interacted with the selling agent and I can definitely say I am happy he was representing me in the deal. The selling agent noted several times that we had the "cleanest" offer, mostly due to Josh constructing it based on the needs of the seller. I'll be recommending Josh to future friends and colleagues looking for a home in San Diego County. Thanks Josh!

Josh is an amazing realtor. Not only is he so personable and friendly, he is so very attentive to your needs. I was blessed to stumble on his page one day as I was just admiring beautiful homes, little did I know he would be the one to help me get my 2nd home. He had been a blessing since. He is always on top of everything, letting me know step by step what to do. I never felt alone as I know nothing about this business. We were so fortunate to have found Josh when we moved to San Diego. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from Ohio to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.

In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
