Joshi Joseph

Joshi is the Director of Property Management for the Dallas, TX market. He also oversees our Dallas area remodeling work conducted by Lion Remodeling (our affiliated repair and maintenance division). He graduated in 2002 from the University of Texas at Austin majoring in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. He then went on to work for a couple of commercial banks as a portfolio analyst and a loan underwriter. Joshi then went on to obtain his MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2008 majoring in Finance with a focus on Real Estate.
His real estate background began as a child. He has been working with single family rentals since he was very young through his father’s rental property portfolio doing everything from minor repairs to handling the eviction process. He’s pretty much been through the whole gamut of the property management experience. Joshi oversees owners needs in our Dallas market, and he actively will manage a select group of properties based on location.
In his free time, Joshi enjoys being active playing sports such as basketball, flag football, golf, and tennis. He’s also a self proclaimed amateur foodie.
