Joshua is a licensed Realtor ® with 20 years of experience in many facets of the sales industry from timeshare sales to new construction sales, as well as property management. In his career, Joshua has more than $28M in sales volume.

With his experience of managing a large team, he comes to INB Homes with a mission to increase overall sales volume while expanding the footprint of the INB product in multiple Florida markets. Joshua has a passion for the homebuyer’s needs with fine attention to detail. His main goal is to provide quality homes accompanied by a streamlined building experience for families wanting their dream home!
