Born and raised in Pennsylvania Joshua has always had a love for all things Pennsylvania. In high school, he won the Pennsylvania State Championship in soccer. Upon graduating, he chose Ithaca College for his undergraduate education. After four years in New York and graduating from Ithaca, his strong Pennsylvania roots brought him back to the beautiful city of Philadelphia. It is in this great city he has chosen to make his home and develop his career. Beginning his career in finance he worked to build his book of business during the downturn of the market. Through helping people and being available whenever needed he built a strong relationship with his clients during very volatile times for many investors. After several years in the industry, he was ready for a change. His aunt and uncle are both very successful real estate agents in the greater Philadelphia area and it was their influence that piqued his interest. He enjoys helping people, providing a plan, answering difficult questions, and seeing things through to completion. With his background and understanding of finance, particularly individuals' retirement portfolios, he brings a further comprehension of where such a significant purchase like a home or investment property fits into the picture.
