Joshua is both professional and compassionate. He sold what we thought was an impossible to sell house in an almost ridiculously short time. He was always available when I had questions and despite a difficult/drawn out closing (through no fault of ours or his) he advocated for his clients the entire time.

Where do I begin. For anyone who hasn't been in this process before, other than giving birth people say this is without a doubt the most nerve wracking process to have to deal with. I can attest to that to every ounce of my last breath. Stressful, anxiety ridden process buying a home is. However, with all that in mind, Josh Harrington is one of the most down to earth, compassionate, and trusty worthy realtors I've ever met. He's absolutely amazing and loves the craft he does. He works for the little people, not the money. His goals are to get you your first home and to make it as seamless as possible. I can not recommend him enough, and quite simply put you won't find a better realtor. Thank you Josh for, not only being a great realtor, but an amazing friend as well.
