I'm a Licensed Real Estate Broker & Licensed Architect, w/an expertise in Commercial Real Estate, specifically, Office, Retail, Land, Investment, and Industrial Warehouse in the Will County and surrounding Areas.

My main goal is to help my clients get through the lease/sales process (Office, Retail, Industrial, Investment, etc.) as quickly & smoothly as possible, while providing my expertise to help make more informed decisions. Sometimes leasing, selling or buying can be challenging, but I am always happy to help to remove any challenges along the way.

I'm Licensed in Architecture, have been doing Commercial/Industrial real estate since 2002, so I know the surrounding competitions building quality, rent/sale rates and incentives some may offer compared to others. Giving factual information on the competition and the buildings that I represent is a great way to earn trust. I always try to be upfront with everything, because I don't want anyone to be caught off guard, & trust builds long term relationships.
