Joshua Naggar

Joshua D. Naggar is a former Marine Infantry Sergeant and Veteran as well as an attorney, and real estate broker.

Mr. Naggar was born in Southern California and during his time in military service he was deployed with the 24th Marine Expedition Unit, decorated for leadership, achieved the rank of Sergeant of Marines, and was honorably discharged.

Mr. Naggar attended the University of Redlands on academic scholarship and has completed studies abroad at a research institute in Athens, Greece. Mr. Naggar received his legal education from the University of Illinois College Of Law where he was recognized with the highest honor in the college’s flagship Trial Advocacy Program, “Excellence in Trial Advocacy.”

Mr. Naggar was instrumental in the push to permit commercial cannabis in Riverside County and continues to be a part of the industry to this day mostly assisting cannabis businesses with licensing, development, operations, and acquisitions as well as advocating for the fair treatment of commercial cannabis businesses.

Mr. Naggar is involved in the Inland Empire Community and is the Past-President of the Perris Valley Chamber of Commerce, current President of the Friends of the Southern California Fair Foundation, was the Voice of the SoCal Fair 2018, and was a proud director of the Non-Profit Organization (TICUP) that was dedicated to assisting local foster youths.

Mr. Naggar has served on the Riverside County Workforce Development Board since July 2019 and is a member of the VFW and American Legion.

Mr. Naggar is also a director of The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce Inland Empire Chapter.
