Joshua Smith

Having spent nearly 20 years in the entertainment industry, working as a performer and producer, Joshua has been a highly sought after professional in the space of brand outreach and development. During this time, from 2009 to 2016, he worked with creative teams launching marketing activations nationally and managing campaigns, eventually helping found and launch an advertising and tech firm in 2013. In 2016 he began work with the Tennessee Association of REALTORS as a brand partner, producing video and photos for their outreach and marketing. To this day, he consults businesses and individuals on their pursuit of success in marketing and brand development.

In 2019, he started Home Agent Group, to pursue interests in investing and partnerships in real estate with the help of mentor and team member, Keri Bateman, who has over 30 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Combining their decades of experience and knowledge, the group quickly became a go-to resource and referral partner for other real estate companies and individuals.

Currently, his production company, True Source Entertainment, whether working with talent such as the late Naomi Judd, Carrie Underwood, Steve Wariner, other top industry talent, or in TV or Film scoring and creating music or marketing assets, serves as an anchor for the marketing and outreach efforts Home Agent Group can leverage for their clientele and network professionals.

Most recently, in 2022, Joshua had been recognized as a Top Producing agent multiple times in his first year with the company Bradford Real Estate, prior to his move to eXp Realty. He is a licensed and recognized REALTOR® in Tennessee and Alabama.
