Hello! and Welcome to my page. My name is Joshua Vick and I was raised in a family of Realtors and Sales Professionals. This experience taught me the ins and outs of business and negotiations, but first and fore most how to make each client feel like they are family. This is the basis for my success as a Realtor who loves to help find clients the best fit for their needs, and also I truly care about them personally.
I spent the first 13 years after college as a Director in Hollywood, gaining recognition for working on the show Extra with Mario Lopez and winning two Emmy's. However, my desire to join the family business of Real Estate soon became inevitable. It was amazing working alongside A-List celebrities, a thrilling and exciting adventure, Real Estate has always been my true calling.
I have a charismatic and outgoing personality mixed with genuine Southern hospitality making me someone my clients and colleagues are naturally drawn to. Closing deals is my forte, with my lifelong experience of buying and selling, that has prepared me to negotiate a sale that will meet my client's needs. My unrelenting worth ethic, complete honesty, integrity, real estate expertise, and sincere concern for my client's best interest makes me the Realtor you will want on your side when making an investment for your future home or commercial property.
In 2018 my Family and I moved from Los Angeles to the Bay Area to be closer to our relatives. In a short period of time, I became the top sales agent at my new brokerage selling over $18 million in my first year. Although the Bay Area was great, I missed my sweet tea, so we decided to move cross country to North Carolina to raise our kids where I am orginally from. My interests are many, but golfing, bocce ball and basketball rank high on my list of favorites. Though I am passionate about my work, I also know how to enjoy life and especially grateful to have plenty of time for my family, which is the reason for working as hard as I do. I am very fortunate to have clients who quickly become friends and continue to look forward to each day that I get to spend making their dreams a reality.
