Josie specializes in office, retail, and industrial flex properties, helping tenants and buyers find ideal locations for their businesses. Additionally, she works with landlords to secure quality tenants, maximizing property investments and ensuring long-term value. Her expertise includes both tenant and landlord representation, as well as buyer and seller representation, with a particular focus on owner-occupant purchases in sales, providing a comprehensive approach to commercial real estate.

Josie became a licensed realtor in October 2020, starting her career as a commercial broker with Keller Williams in 2021 and later joining Merrill Property Group in January 2023. Before obtaining her license, she gained valuable experience as a property manager in downtown Indianapolis, coordinating daily operations—a background that enhances her expertise as a commercial broker and provides her with a well-rounded understanding of the industry. With a psychology degree from Murray State University (2017), Josie combines industry knowledge with a deep commitment to client relationships. Known for her ability to build strong connections, she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and guide them toward achieving their commercial real estate goals.
