Very patient and knowledgeable agent. Made me comfortable with the process of both selling my condo, and buying new home.
He was very familiar with contracts and the current market. Excellent negotiator, he negotiated $30k above asking price for the sale of my condo, and negotiated a great value for the purchase of my new home (which I love).
