About Joy

I was born and raised in Lincolnton, NC. However, I know this beautiful community extremely well. I have been vacationing on Oak Island since I was a small child and have seen the many changes the island and Southport have made to become the beautiful oasis it is today.

My husband Kevin and I have been in the construction business for over 24 years. This experience allows me to bring a knowledge of home construction to clients that most agents don’t have.
