Joy Murphy

Born and raised in New York City, she is immensely proud to now call Lexington her home. She has an extensive sales background with over 25 years of sales experience and training in both Real Estate and radio advertising sales on Madison Avenue. She has been selling Real Estate in the Central Kentucky area for the last several years. Prior to that she sold Real Estate in both the Long Island and New York City areas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. John's University. She has earned her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. She is also a trained Relocation Specialist, one of only twenty graduates of the Kentucky Realtor Leadership class of 2017 and a member of the Top Producers Club. What is most important to Joy, is that her clients know she is there to help them and make herself available and produce a solution, anytime they have a question or concern.
