Joy is a one-of-a-kind realtor. She is fast, genuine, concise, helpful, fierce, energetic, and above all, she doesn't give up. Joy was sick but still continued on with a house search for us, even though she felt terrible. Later, it was great to learn that she spent quite a bit of time on the phone speaking with the sellers agent on our behalf, getting as much information as possible so that we could make an informed decision on a house we wanted to purchase. She was able to tell us an amount she felt would be the best to offer on this home and even called us just before offers were due and suggested we raise it slightly so that we could win the home. Guess what! We won the home through a bidding war and are now in the process of moving into our "forever home". Thank you Joy for being the right realtor for us. We appreciate you and would recommend you again and again to others that need an experienced realtor such as yourself.
