I wish I could give Mrs. Joyce Copper a 100 stars because if PATIENCE was a person it would be her. Mrs. Copper was nothing short of amazing. She covered everything from A to Z and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. This was a journey indeed but I couldn’t have chosen a better fit for my needs. Omg what can I say about Mrs. Joyce Cooper!!!! Mrs.Joyce is an amazing realtor she is very knowledgeable, hard working and dependable she came highly recommended! In 2021 my partner and I purchased our first home everything was a smooth process until underwriting had to change our loan due to overtime status which made the loan change and we had to come up with more money in a short period time. Mrs.Joyce helped strategize different plans and it was very comforting to know she wanted what was best for us, especially with the experience with a previous realtor who expected us to look for houses on our own; the house we have now wasn’t even on the market yet but Mrs.Joyce was on it before hand and soon as we seen it we made an offer. Realiable, strategic, honest!!! 1st home viewed... OFFER ACCEPTED!! Joyce Cooper is the most kind, dedicated, professional ever! She assisted me 2 years ago with the sale and purchase of my home. I had a lot of concerns about putting my house up for sale not knowing if I would find a new home to meet my family needs. Joyce walked me through the process, informed me of all necessary steps and made sure I was able to make an informed decision. When I found a home I was interested in she drove 2 hours that same day so we could see the home. We worked as a team looking and what I appreciated the most was her sense of urgency to make sure we didn't lose out on our forever home. She helped put together the perfect negotiation strategy that allowed us to actually get money back at closing in a sellers market. I actuallyearned so much from her through the process and was impressed. Everything was smooth from start to finish.
