Joyce Hanson

Joyce is a licensed Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene, based in the Woodlands, TX. She believes in building strong and lasting relationships with her clients, founded on trust. This entails taking the time to understand their needs and being there for them every step of the way, from start to finish. Joyce has represented both buyers and sellers and specializes in resale, new-home buyers, new home sales, and relocation. Her clients appreciate her local community knowledge, communication skills, and seasoned negotiation abilities.

Joyce understands the importance of being a good listener, negotiator, and handling business in a friendly and professional manner. She graduated from the University of Houston Downtown with a BBA and holds certifications in GRI, ABR, SRES, RSPS, CNE, and Relocation. She obtained her Broker's license in 2011.

A native Houstonian, Joyce has been residing in the Woodlands since 2003 with her husband Chris. They both share a passion for traveling, playing golf, and are active members of the Woodlands Lions Club. They have two married sons and three grandchildren.
